Purge Database

Clicking on Purge from the Tools Menu will display the above window.

 

Details of all bookings are retained within the database even after they have expired or have been cancelled. This is not normally a problem but after several months (or even years) usage, access to the database may be slowed down resulting in the programs performance degrading.

 

We recommend you backup your database files before proceeding with this action.

 

NOTE: Only booking information is purged. POS information etc is retained.
