As you add and delete facilities in the Customize Groups and Facilities window, those changes will automatically be reflected here.

You access this window from the Setup screen.

The default minimum fee is $10.00.

Select to close this window. If you have made any changes you will be prompted to save them before the window closes.

Save

Click to Save your changes.

NOTE: You are required to navigate away from the cell that you have changed prior to saving the change.

The name of the facility.

The name of the facility can be changed from the Group and Facility Customization window.

Select the appropriate cell and enter a new amount here.

This amount will be used to calculate the total booking fee based on the total number of 30 minute blocks covered by the booking.
