Click here to record a new sale. A new window will open allowing you to select items from your inventory.

 

NOTE: This button is not used to record sales relating to bookings. Recording of sales for bookings is made at the time of the booking. If your client wishes to pay for a recurring booking, by clicking on the actual booking in either the All Courts Tab or the respective Court Tab will open up the new POS window with the booking details and charges calculated for you.

 

Clicking here will open the Payments Window which allows you to record payments received from your members and casuals for all their purchases and bookings in one central location.

Click to open the Refund - Other window.

 

Refunds for non-facility bookings (eg towel hire, shop purchases etc) are made using this window.

 

Refunds for bookings already paid for will be processed after you cancel the booking itself.

The Sales Details Button will open another window where you can view detailed reports relating to your Point Of Sale transactions.

 

You can also save, print or export these refined reports to a variety of formats.

 

Click here to view details of all transactions in the POS Transactions window.

 

Clicking this button will open another window allowing you to edit your list of inventory and other items for sale.

 

 

These windows are designed for you to create reports for use by your Accountant's, Treasurer or to import into your accounting package.

 

Select this option and a further selection menu will expand to give you further reporting options.
