You can configure other options here.

 

1 . Backup DirectoryBackup Directory


The current backup directory will be displayed here.

 

To change the directory, click the ellipses and a new window will open allowing you to select or create a directory to store your backups.

 

2 . Database DirectoryDatabase Directory


The location of you database as well as log file can be changed here.

 

The default location should be used unless you have some experience with your operating system. The directory in which the database is located must be accessible by the program and the user that is logged on to the computer. Permissions may have to be set to accomplish this particularly if the database is located on a network share. Operating Systems (esp. MS Vista) requirements will also need to be taken into consideration.

 

The program has not been specifically designed for multi-user access however almost all functions and database access is done in real time and multi-user access should not be a problem.

 

The program is licenced for use by one Club and one location - multi-user access is permitted on this basis.

 

3 . Default PrinterDefault Printer


When MyCourts starts, it will search for all available printers that you have installed on your computer and they will be listed here. Select from the dropdown list, which printer you wish to use as the default printer.

 

For printing reports, the actual printer can be changed from the print preview menu.

 

The default printer will be used for printing receipts/invoices.
