Minimum Charges

This window allows you to set the minimum charge that will apply for each facility.

 

The Name of the Facility and The Group can be changed via the Customize Group and Facility window.

 

As you add and delete Facilities, those changes will be made here automatically.

 

All new Facilities added have a default amount of $10.00 applied.

Click to close this window. If you have made any changes and not saved them, you will be prompted to do so before the window closes.

Click to save your changes.

 

NOTE: The program requires you to navigate away from the change before you can save the change.

The Name of the facility.

4 . GroupGroup


The Group that the facility belongs to.

5 . AmountAmount


Select the appropriate cell and make the change as required.

 

MyCourts calculates the charge for the booking for you. If the total booking fee is less than this amount then the booking fee will be increased to reflect the amount recorded here.
