Membership Window

This window is displayed by selecting the Membership button on the Main menu.

 

1 . CloseClose


Click to close this window.

 

2 . SaveSave


Click to Save any changes you have made.

 

When making changes and you wish to save them, you will need to navigate out of the cell that you have changed before you save the change.

 

3 . ImportImport


Click to start the Import membership database process.

 

MyClubV2 users need not import this database as it is updated automatically.

 

4 . Group PanelGroup Panel


As with other display grids, you can change the information displayed by selecting, dragging and dropping columns onto this panel.

 

For example, if you drag the Last Name column header on to the Group Panel, the display changes and groups each record according to the selected columns name.

 

5 . Expand ButtonExpand Button


When displayed, this indicates that further detailed information is available.

 

In this example, the button has been clicked revealing the Bookings and Sales that relate to this member.

6 . Bookings DetailsBookings Details


When clicking the + in the Number column, details of all bookings made by that member will be displayed.

 

7 . Zoom ButtonZoom Button


Click here to zoom in on the specific information you are viewing.

8 . Related TabsRelated Tabs


This tab shows the details for Sales that this member has made however other tabs may also be available depending on which window you are viewing.

 

Details of each sale are also available for viewing as evidenced by the '+' in the sales details rows.

9 . Navigation and Edit MenuNavigation and Edit Menu

Navigation and Edit Menu

The navigation bar is always visible and allows you to quickly navigate through the list of members.

 

In addition, providing you have enabled editing of the membership database, buttons are also available for (in order) Adding, Deleting, Editing, Saving and Canceling records. If these buttons are not visible then you probably haven't enabled the editing of the database in the Membership Setup Window.
