MyCourts can integrate with MyClubV2 or use your own Club's membership database.

Integration will enable you to use the many functions of MyClubV2 to help manage your Club and it's resources. MyClubV2 already incorporates the ability to send email etc to Members. This could be used to to remind members of facility bookings etc. Our next release of MyClubV2 (scheduled for early 2008) will incorporate closer integration with MyCourts.

Alternatively, you can import your own membership database and make use of various reporting functions to help you monitor your members usage habits etc.

1 . Integrate ChoiceIntegrate Choice

Select either Yes or No to integrate with MyClubV2.

If you chose to integrate, then MyCourts will attempt to automatically locate the MyClubV2 database and update it's own database of your members.

2 . Manual LocationManual Location

If you have moved the MyClubV2 database or the database is located on a network share, you can click here to open a window and navigate to the database manually.

3 . Use Membership DBUse Membership DB

Click here to use an imported membership database.

Selecting Yes will change the program to display the Membership button in the Main Menu.

4 . Allow EditAllow Edit

You can select whether you allow the membership details to be edited here.

If you are using a separate database program to manage your membership and you import that information via a csv file then we suggest you do not change membership details using MyCourts.

MyClubV2 Users Only:

If you are using MyClubV2, then membership details and changes should be recorded in that program. Any changes made to the database using MyCourts will be lost when you close MyCourts.

Click this button to setup or edit your membership types or categories using the Membership Types window.

Setting up more than one membership category is only available in the Enterprise Version.
