Import DB Window Step 3

Import DB Window Step 3

In this window you need to make sure that the data you are about to import is in the correct order.

When you export the data from you membership database program, you need only select the Membership Number, Last Name, First Name and Contact Number - preferably in that order. You also need not include a "header" line however in the above screen capture, the exported csv file does contain a header line.

At this time you cannot automatically import a members password. This is because almost all programs will not store this information in a human readable form for security reasons. There are a multitude of scenarios that make it impossible for MyCourts to decipher that data programmatically.

1 . Membership NumberMembership Number

This is the first of four drop down selection boxes and in the above screen shot, the drop down has been expanded.

The drop down list will be populated from the csv file and will either show the names of the fields that your membership program uses or, if you have not exported the csv file with headers then the drop down list will contain the details for the first member in your csv file.

Select the field from the drop down list that matches the Membership Number.

2 . Last NameLast Name

Select the Last Name field from the drop down list.

3 . First NameFirst Name

Select the First Name field from the drop down list.

4 . Contact NumberContact Number
