This information is printed on receipts and reports.

 

NOTE: You registration will include this name so once registered, you will not be able to change the name of your Club (or record it here) without first obtaining a new key. Do not change the Club's name until after you have obtained a new key as the program will be unusable until a new key is obtained.

Click this window to setup and configure any of 20 separate Groups or up to 48 facilities.

 

This will open the Customize Groups and Facilities window.

Each booking period is predefined as 30 minutes. This cannot be changed.

 

This option will allow you to select, in 30 minute blocks, the minimum amount of time a court can be booked for.

 

The minimum booking time is not enforced by default as you may wish to allow your staff to override this.

The time at which the first booking can commence each day.        

 

The time at which the last booking must finish.

 

The last possible booking period that can be booked will commence at 30 minutes (1 block) prior to this time.

 

Selecting a value in either (or both) dropdown menus here will automatically enable the Prior Booking Time Restriction feature of MyCourts.

 

If your club does not allow bookings to be made prior to a certain time then select the period here. For example, if your club does not allow a booking to be made prior to say 1 week and 1 hour then select "1" in both the dropdown menus.

 

If your club does not permit bookings to be recorded before a certain time before the booking is to commence, enter the number of days prior here.

 

If the Hours is not a zero value, both values will be added together.

If the Days is not a zero value, both values will be added together.

 

You can chose to record, for your own information, up to 4 players names .

 

The booking will be recorded in the name of the first player.
