The File Menu contains selections for Setup, Backup and Exit.

As all operations, bookings etc are made in real time, there is no need to take any extra steps to Save your work.

File Menu Button

Opens the dropdown menu.

Setup Button

Click here to open the Setup window.

The Setup Window allows you to configure the program to your specifications.

Click the Backup Button to make an immediate backup of your database and log files to your predefined backup directory.

The Exit Button, when clicked, will close the program down.

You can also exit the program at any time by clicking the "X" button in the top right hand corner of the main window.
