To enable us to provide you with the best possible support, please use this window to open your default email client (Outlook, Thunderbird etc) with the appropriate information we need to try and solve your issue.

 

If you need to send us your database file and log we undertake to keep all the data strictly confidential and to destroy it immediately after use.

 

NOTE:

Using this form will not send any information to us at all. It merely starts your email software for you with important information we will require to assist you with. If you change your mind you can always cancel the email before sending it.

 

 

1 . Send BasicSend Basic


This will open your email client with the minimum basic information we need to assist you with.

 

2 . Send DetailedSend Detailed


Click here to create an archive file that will include a copy of your database file as well as your log file. Once that has been created, your email program will be opened with the basic data we require included therein.

 

The email created will also contain a line/paragraph that tells you the location on your computer of the archived file created above.

 

Don't forget to manually attach the archived file to the email before you send it. You may use copy and paste when asked for the path to the file to be attached.
