Display Options

The Tabs for each individual facility can be configured to display bookings for this number of days ahead.

 

Tool Tips are available when you hover you mouse over most controls on the various windows and screens. They are intended to help you to learn how to use the program. Experienced users may find these tool tips annoying and they can be suppressed using this option. You always have the opportunity of pressing F1 for detailed help.

 

The program ships with a number of predefined styles or skins. Make your selection here, or turn them off if you prefer.

 

If you select Skins, you can further refine your choices in the next box.

 

We suggest you play with these settings to obtain the look and feel of the program that best suits you.

 

Chose from a wide selection of skins.

 

You can chose to view either a graphic in each Facility booking cell OR the Name of the hirer. The above screen capture explains the colour scheme to help you quickly identify booking categories.

 

The graphics follow a similar pattern however only change for paid or non-paid bookings.

 

You may also toggle this display in each facility booking table by right clicking your mouse key and changing the view to either option in the Facility View Menu.

 

In the facility windows, the hirer's first name is truncated to their initial to save space. You can disable this by choosing No.

MyCourts ships with a selection of images that will appear in the facility windows. You can make your choice of which image will appear here.

 

The green background indicates that the booking has been fully paid for. The same image but with a red background indicates that the booking has not yet been paid for.

MyCourts can use various languages to use for it's User Interface and producing web pages etc.

 

Select the language you would like to use here.

 

If your desired language is not listed, please contact us via email and we will endeavor to include it in the next release.

The Quick Add button can be displayed in the new Booking Window after the user selects the "Member" option.

 

The Quick Add - New Member window appears allowing you to quickly add a new member.

 

You may disable the showing of this button   by selecting 'No'.
