The Charts Window displays two charts that allow you to quickly appreciate how your facilities are being utilized and what percentage of revenues they provide.
The facility usage statistics represent an actual count of the number of periods that have been booked for the facility for the selected period. The percentage shown is the percentage of the total booked periods for all facilities. The facility revenue chart represents the amount received for each facility for the selected period and the percentages are of the total amount received from bookings for the selected period. You should note that if the selected period is of a limited date range then the statistics may appear distorted as no allowance is made for facilities that were booked but not used or neither paid for in part only or not at all.

 From Date
The Charts will default to covering the period from 1 month ago until today.
You can select another From date here and then click Refresh to chose another date range.

 To Date
Select a new To date to view a different range of dates covered by the Charts. This date is not included in the statistics.

 Refresh
Having selected a new range of dates covered by the Charts, click here to refresh the view.

 Summary
A summary of the statistics appears here.

 Usage Chart
The chart itself appears in this area.
You can move the chart around by holding down the left mouse key and dragging the chart around in any direction. You can also Zoom the chart by using the mouse wheel or holding down the Control key and selecting + or - keys.

 Revenue Chart
The Revenue chart can be resized or rotated as you like.

 Print Preview
Right clicking within the chart area will allow you to open the Print Preview window.
You can print the charts or export them in an image format of your choice - or even to a pdf file.
