Add New Member
After clicking on Add, this window will be presented to you.
The screen shot above also shows the Date of Birth selector opened by the user.
Note: You cannot navigate away from this window within MyClubV2 until you have Saved or Cancelled the new membership recording - hence the Top Menu Bar has been greyed out and the other Tabs will not be accessible.
 Menu Bar
Save or Cancel your changes here.

 Title
Select from the drop-down menu the Title for this member.
To edit Titles available, please click here.

 Text Boxes
Complete these self explanatory boxes as necessary.
The First Name and Last Name boxes MUST be completed.

 State
|
|
|
 Country
Enter your Country details here.
You can enter a "default" Country as well to save you typing. Click here for details.

|
 Add/Edit Notes
After you have Saved your new member details, you can click here to record any notes that you might like to keep.

 EMail Address
Insert the members e-mail address here.
When you save the membership record, MyClubV2 will check that the address is in the right format and let you know if it isn't. MyClubV2 doesn't actually send any "test" email - it just checks the grammar of the address.

 Send Email
You can toggle here whether the member will be sent emails or not.
|
|
|
 Date of Birth
Clicking this drop-down box will display a date picker tool.
To quickly find the Year, use your mouse to click on the displayed Year (2007 in the above example), select the Month by clicking on the displayed Month and then select the day.

|
 Membership Number
MyClubV2 will insert the next highest available membership number for you.
You can change this to whatever you wish however you cannot save a number that is already assigned to another member.

 Membership Level
Chose the Membership Level from the drop-down menu.

 Date Joined
A date picker tool - select the date or just leave it at the default.

|
 Financial To
The date financial membership expires is automatically filled in by MyClubV2.

 Active
A toggle button - you can make a member active or in-active.
