You have the options of

* Backing Up your resources and database,
* Creating Emails or
* generating a Mail Merge file for use with Word etc.

Backup Resources

Clicking here will Backup your database and other files into the directory that you specified in Setup.

Email

Takes you to the EMail Window.

Takes you to the Mail Merge window.
