Menu - Subscriptions

After clicking on Subscriptions you will be shown this window.

You may record Subscription Receipts either here or under the Membership Tab for the respective member. If you don't have the members membership number handy then it would be easier to record the subscription there rather than here.

Subscription Year

Chose the Club Year that the subscription applies to.

These dates and years are automatically calculated and displayed by MyClubV2 however you must complete the Annual Renewal details in Setup for this to work. Click here for details.

Membership Number

Enter the members membership number here.

Date

The date that your received the subscription.

Amount

Amount received.

This will default to the annual subscription rate. You can change this if you wish to record a discount or surcharge.
