Reports Menu

The Reports Menu is where you can view, print or save the various reports that come with MyClubV2.

The Reports themeselves are compiled from information you have recorded elsewhere in the program. This information should be recorded as it comes to hand and not left till the last minute. If you record this information regularly, compiling Reports is a breeze!

You can view and print reports covering important items including:
* The Agenda for the next meeting
* Membership reports either Full Details or for a Roll Call
* Minutes of any meeting.
* Treasurers Reports

These reports are mostly compiled for you from the information you have already supplied. When it is time to provide a report it is generally only a couple of mouse clicks away.


1Reports menu


Click here and the menu will expand - drop down.

The preparation of the Reports is done for you by MyClubV2.

2Agenda


Not really a Report as such - its the Agenda for your next meeting.

This Report is generated from the information you supply in the Agenda Tab.


3Membership


You can select either of the Full Report or the Roll Call.

This information is compiled from information you enter in the Membership Tab.

4Minutes


The Minutes of the last meeting (or any other meeting for that matter) to present to your members.

When you click this menu item, you will be asked to select the meeting that you would like the minutes for.

This Report is compiled from the information you enter into the Minutes Tab.

5Treasurers


The preparation of this report (Dates, periods etc) are created in the Finances Tab.

6Full membership


This report gives you a very full list of all your Membership details.

7Roll Call


Print this out to enable you to record an accurate list of members who attended the meeting.
