EMail Window

Sending Email to your members is generally a six step process and this Form is divided into those sections for you.

1.     Compose your email by clicking on Compose in the Menu Bar.
2.     Select the recipients of your email.
3.     Attach any files to your email.
4.     Insert a Subject for your email.
5.     Insert the contents of your email.
6.     Send your email.

1Menu Bar


Clicking on Compose will bring up the Compose Window where you can write your email.

Clicking on Send will send your email to each recipient.

2Selector


Select a group of recipients from these options.

You can then refine the list or recipients in the List below.

3Recipients List


After selecting one of the four groups of recipients, they will be listed here.

You can further refine the list by selecting those to delete from the list.

The options are endless!

4File Attachments


Clicking on Yes will popup the familiar Windows File picker enable you to pick a file for attaching to your email.

5Subject


Enter the Subject of your Email here.

6Email Contents


You need to compose your email in a separate window and then save that email into a separate file. You do that by clicking on Compose on the Menu Bar above.

Once you have composed your email, as well as saved it to disk, then select that email file and it's name will appear here.

You select the file by clicking on Select - the familiar Windows File picker will open for you.

You can save as many prepared emails as you like and re-use them as many times as you like. Great for creating Welcome Emails, Reminders etc.

7Internet Connection


This will tell you whether your are currently connected to the internet or not.

You will need to connect to the inetrent before you try to send your emails.

8Progress Bar


After you click on Send, this progress bar will indicate at what stage you are at in sending the emails.
