This is where you Add, Edit or ammend your Committee members details.

1Exit Button


Exit's or closes this window.

2Navigaion


Allows you to navigate through the various Committee Positions.

3Add New Button


Add a new Committee Position.

Click here for details .

4Edit Button


Edit the currently highlighted position.

Click here for details .

5Delete Button


Deletes the currently highlighted position.

Deleting a position is not recommended and depending on your settings, you may not be able to delete it. This is because this information is used to prepare Reports and may be needed in the future.

6Help Button


Takes you to this help screen.

7Position Display


Displays the current details of the selected position. This information changes as you navigate through the positions.

8Selection List


You use this when you wish to Edit or Delete a position. It will be selectable after you chose Edit or Delete from the menu.

9Date Elected


We need this information so that when we compile Reports, the correct person is listed as at the Reports date. You will be able to access this selector after selecting Add or Edit from the above menu.
