All your important files are located in one directory. These files are the database file itself, text files containing each members notes and other files used by the program.
We recommend you backup your files each day in case disaster strikes.
The backup directory can be selected under the Administration - Defaults menu.
Clicking this Menu Item immediately backs up all the data and a confirmation window will pop-up.
A NOTE ON BACKUPS
When you click on Backup all files located in the Resources Directory will be archived into a file with a format as follows:
yyyymmddhhmmss.zip
You can delete older files as you like but we recommend you keep at least the latest two backups/archives in case you discover any errors in your database file. You can restore your database by writing these files back to the Resources directory however you will lose any changes made in between backups.
The database is in Microsoft Access format however you should not make any changes to the database as you may break inter-table relationships.
