You can navigate through the Agenda Items as well as Add or Delete an Item from here.

You can edit your item at any time in this window and click on Save to make the changes.

A Brief Description of the Agenda Item

Select the Member who has requested the listing of this item on the Agenda.

The date that the request to list the item was received.

If the matter or item has been satisfactorily resolved - toggle this to Yes by clicking on the button.
