Add or Edit a Motion

When you click on Add, all the information boxes will be emptied enabling you to add the necessary text. Additionally, selection boxes will be shown where you can select from the available options/list.

Clicking on Edit will allow you to make changes to any of the textboxes or drop-down selection lists.

The Menu Bar will be changed to include both Cancel and Save buttons.
