The following FAQ's may help you quickly resolve
any problems you may be having with the program. If you are having difficulties
either with the unregistered version or after registration please do not hesitate
to contact us. Preference is of course given to registered users.
Q. I sometimes need to either set the properties of the printer/page or click twice
when printing reports. Why?
A. This is a bug with the Report Viewer code shipped by Microsoft.
Microsoft have now fixed this and the problem has been
resolved in MyClubV2 version 2 and above.

Q. I have made a mistake in a previous report. I know I can "unlock" the database
and make changes but what will be the consequences if I do.
A. There are two issues to consider. Will your members accept changes to a report,
particularly a financial report, when they have already approved it? Secondly, the
actual changes may impact on the accounting records making future balancing complicated.
We strongly recommend that you simply create an adjusting entry indicating where
the previous mistake was made and seek confirmation at your next report/meeting.
If you absolutely must make the change, then backup your database files (Click on
Tools -> Backup) before making any changes so that if necessary you can revert
to the previously saved data.

Q. How do I restore the database?
A. Using Explorer, navigate to your Backup Directory and select the latest backup
you have made. You can determine the date of the backup by looking at the file name
which is in the following format:
yyyymmddhhMMss.zip
where yyyy = year, mm = month, dd = day, hh = hour, MM = minute and ss = second.
Then unarchive the contents of the zip file into the programs Resources directory.
